WHO ARE WE

We are a “small” family business who run this shop with a lot of love and passion. In any case, we try to act to the best of our ability.

We only work a little differently than the average webshop, below explained as well as possible for you.

This one is located in China. (And no, not Ali 🙂 ) Why China? So that we can offer products cheaper to the customer in this way and shopping remains affordable.

QUALITY?

Yes, of course! Is a requirement for us! But, we need your help for this! 😉

So are there any complaints about you/an article? Please notify us! Items that are frequently complained about are removed from our range.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTATION COSTS/VAT 21% FROM THIS YEAR?

No! We will take care of these costs, don’t worry. The price you see on our site includes / No further costs.

DROPSHIPPING?

No!

Dropshipping is namely: Supplier abroad ships directly to the customer, with possibly. import costs and VAT for the customer’s account.

In this case, WE order from our (regular) supplier. First send everything to us (NL) and we to you/the customer. So with all the additional costs for OUR account.

ADVANTAGES?

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES FOR YOU TO ORDER FROM US INSTEAD OF ORDER YOURSELF AT A FOREIGN SHOP?

WHAT DO WE HAVE IN STOCK AND HOW CAN I SEE THIS?

1-2 WORKING DAYS (BEFORE SHIPPING) WILL BE UNDER THE ARTICLE PRICE.

We ship partly from our own stock. This ensures fast shipping.

Shipment within 1 to 2 working days with the shipping method/lot of your choice. (Provided! Ordered before 17:00 and order complete)

NOT IN STOCK/ON ORDER:

WHAT DO WE DON’T HAVE IN STOCK/WHAT IS A “TO ORDER ITEM” AND HOW CAN I SEE IT?

5-10 WORKING DAYS (BEFORE SHIPPING) WILL BE UNDER THE ARTICLE PRICE.

We only deliver this part of the articles from order. So we order especially for you from the supplier.

On average, we take the 10th working day as the expected dispatch date as the starting point in the order confirmation.

Expectation: So can be shipped 1 to 3 working days later, but also 1 to 3 working days earlier.

NB! We only give indications. Is it unexpectedly delayed from the supplier and/or carriers?
Then you will receive an update with a new shipping indication.

CANCEL:

Cancellation of Out of stock/On order items  is possible. possible, however, with a 15% cancellation fee.

Items are specially ordered for you and cannot be canceled at the supplier.

However, if shipping from us (for whatever reason) is not forthcoming, there is of course the option to cancel after 30 days. We will also provide you with this option in a (possible) 2nd update.

REPAIR PARTS GSM/IPADS/TABLETS ETC.:

We also sell many repair parts. The tools are NOT supplied as standard from the supplier. Only from us FREE while supplies last.

The supplier also advises (and we) to have the repair carried out by an authorized installer/repairer. Special warranty conditions.
